Services on offer.
At Big Cat Relocations we pride ourselves in customizing package deals to suit your budget and level of service required. In general though we have four levels of service to choose from.
Tier 1.
This is the ultimate Relocation where you do absolutely nothing and we provide a complete turnkey solution and you have your very own dedicated account service manager.
Here you simply provide us with the keys to both properties, go on holidays or away for the weekend and everything is taken care of.
We provide all packaging, completely pack up your house including the packing of your wine cellar and international wrapping of your antiques and artwork, take designated items to storage, organize cleaning and relocate you.
We then then unpack the entire house, stage & position furniture all the way through to neatly folding of your socks and placing them in color-coded sequence.
This service is a Fixed Price which is provided after an in home survey and brief is taken. As a price guide you’re usually looking at between $8,000-$15,000 depending on the size of your property.
Tier 2.
Here the customer still has some involvement in the relocation, the packaging is provided and we execute a complete pre-pack of the property.
This includes the wrapping of artwork; antiques or items of sentimental value, take items to storage and relocate you. Furniture is placed as per your requested location and your beds are put back together however you as the customer are responsible for the unpacking of the property.
This service is a Fixed Price which is provided after an in home survey and brief is taken. As a price guide you’re usually looking at between $4,000-$8,000 depending on the size of the property.
Tier 3.
This is our most popular level of service and represents excellent value for money. Here we provide all packaging and execute a kitchen, fragiles & artwork pre-pack. We then relocate you, place all the furniture, and put your beds back together.
The client is responsible for the unpack of the property. This service is a Fixed Price which is provided after an in home survey and brief is taken.
As a price guide you’re usually looking at between $1,500-$4,000 depending on the size of the property. With the Tier 3 move we also move into the hourly rate arena where you can book the pre-pack and relocation on an hourly or fixed rate so you can further control your costs.
So for example you could book a complete fixed price pre-pack and an hourly rate move combination.
Tier 4.
This is our second most popular level of service and works on an hourly rate model. We only charge you from when we turn up at the front door to when we finish at the other end. No travel time is charged.
We can supply the packaging or you can and we pack on an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours with two people and we move you on an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours.
This tier doesn’t require an in home visit and a phone quote estimate is provided. As a price guide you/re looking at between $500-$1500 depending on the size of the property and whether you choose to pack yourself or have us do it
You’re also more than welcome to help out on the move to lower the cost of the move.
